Delivery and collection:
- Outside of CITO office during working hours in 20 km area is free of charge
- On destinations out of 20 km area delivery mileage + fuel

There is no collection charge between our locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Possibility and the price for collection of the vehicle outside Bosnia and Herzegovina depends on length of rental and collection point.

Worldwide reservation system
CITO CAR RENTAL Bosnia and Herzegovina offers you a possibility of making reservations in more than 3300 cities worldwide and over 830 airports in all continents. This service is free of charge. Information about this service is available in all CITO CAR RENTAL offices and reservation department.

Refuelling fee
Normally vehicles will have a full tank of fuel upon collection, and should be returned as such, otherwise any difference in fuel spent will be charged at cost of value, plus a refuelling service fee of 10 KM.

Winterization
Every vehicle is equipped with snow chains or winter tires.From November 15th to March 15th

Child seat
Child seat available on request.
Intercity within/outside country with no extra IC fee.
Available on all car groups and in all locations.
Minimum age is 6 months, no maximum age applies.
Child seats are mandatory in B&H for children age younger than 6.
On request 48 hours advanced notice, child seat fee is 10 KM daily
Penalty fee for lost/damaged seat up to 200 KM

Skierized
Ski racks available on request.
Intercity is possible with no additional drop fee for the rack within the country.
Available on all car groups and all locations.
On request with 48 hours advanced notice, ski racks fee is 25 KM daily; maximum fee 100 KM per rental.
Penalty fee for lost/damaged ski racks up to 500 KM.

- 10% on -line booking
- 10% for Hotel Radon Plaza Guests
- For long terms and more than two vehicles rentals can go even up to 40%!
